Bookmarking, notes, searching and more are coming in the near future as part of the paid app. Standard Works is a scripture app containing the standard works of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Apps don't get any easier to use than this. This is the ideal app for scripture study on the go. Standard Works allows you to change the font, font size, font color, and background color of the scripture page. You can select scriptures to share via email and full lanscape mode is supported! The app library includes: -The Book of Mormon -Old Testament(King James Version) -NewTestament(King James Version) -Doctrine and Covenants -Pearl of Great Price Note to the users: I would love to see content like the hymns, manuals, ect., in this app as much as you would. The only problem is, I have no idea where to find those materials in a format that I can use (like XML). If you know how I can get access to those things, email me at sam.melikeapps@gmail.com.

Love it! Has all of the standard works in a nice, easy to read format. You can change the text color and background color. Not too many features, but is great for a free application.

Zigfreid5. Do some research on how submitting updates for your apps works. Takes time. I have a job and family and it also takes time to write code. Updates will come but you'll have to be patient. Leave your 1 star rating, uninstall the app and have a nice day.

Way too slow. Tried using app during Sunday school, but by the time this loads the verse, the teacher is already on to the next reference. Save your money. This app is a disappointment.

Dev here: I have fixed the slow loading problem as well as some other things. There is one thing keeping me from releasing which has to do with issues with some 3rd party software the app uses. I'm working on getting that fixed, and then I'll release. I may put a video on YouTube so you can see it in action. For now, check out QuickNote while you wait. Thanks for your patience.

I'm lds and this app is very useful to me in every way, thank you so much for this app it's so worth it plus its fast. I have the HTC HD7 and it works great and without issues plus I love that you can customize the way it looks. So if you're LDS (MORMON) and you're looking for a good app that has all our scriptures I will highly recommend this one I don't care what other people say I think it's awesome and I use it all the time during Sunday school. Oh and did I mention that you can hold your finger on a passage that you really like and it will bring up the option to email it. So if a friend is going through a difficult time I can just send one of my favorites scriptures in no time. This app works guys don't listen to those malicious comments. Thanks again for this app and all the work that was put into it :)

Used to be free, but now the developer is asking for $0.99 without making any needed updates. Thank goodness I got it when it was free because its not worth any more than that. Steer clear of this one for now. Update: promised fix for issues is non-existant after months of waiting. Where's the active dev? Can i do zero stars? This is a DO NOT BUY.

Everyone does realize that this app is free, right? You pay 99 cents if you want to be able to customize the appearance of the app. By downloading the trial you are getting all of the scriptures for free.

Loads slow. Could use some touching up. Overall a great app. Worth getting unless you do seminary scripture chase :-)

Speed updates, new content and more are coming. Not sure why you are experiencing choppy scrolling as it works fine on the phones I tested on.

Very stripped down. No footnotes or cross references. No bookmarking features. No search feature. Scrolling is kind of choppy. However, it's free.

Can't beat free. Loads a little slow compared to Gospel Library, but simple and easy to use.
