Meditation on the go!
- Meditation - Anywhere - Anytime On the startup screen, the user is prompted to enter the number of minutes the user would like to meditate. Great way to relax .....great massage at the end
No chime at the end of meditation to bring you back. Relies on visual queues
It sucks....just a bunch of circles in a bulls eye position that change color. I have panic attacks and this just freaked me out more then calmed me
Excellent for ppl with busy lifestyle and cannot manage to spare time for meditation
Great way to relax .....great massage at the end
Ok
Hard to see how it works
Doesn't really have anything to do with meditation
Lame. Meditation is not hypnosis.
As a visual person, surprisingly this simple app provides some respite from the overload of information. The customizable message at the end is a nice touch to help remind oneself of good reasons for pause, meditation, and patience.
Sorta dumb. More hypnotherapy than meditation. Would be nicer with calming music. Not recommended for ppl with seizures.
