Great app for learning Japanese.
Wonderful app! Does exactly what it is supposed to do: Helps you review Japanese. Great for beginners and advanced learners alike! I would also like to point out the fresh take on app design. Kudos!
Won't run on my HTC Arrive. Don't download.
I like the character quizes
such a useful apps I'd ever work easy like right now
Audio is too soft to hear, great metro design but some seems squeezed in when you have to tilt the phone in order to read it. Still nice software.
Good up. Sad it's just crashing now right after screen load. Uninstalling... :-(
Was a great app, but since latest update it crashes all the time =( Really too bad
Keeps on crashing
A fantastic app, and even better that its free. A very useful program, and well worth the download.
Never finished downloading to phone. Please fix.
God for a free app. Katakana section shows mixed hiragana, which is confusing. Some functionality not working, like speak text. Overall good, but not great.
Good app for learning Japanese, especially for vocabulary and kanji. I realize there are paid and free tie-ins online that could improve the kanji side, but the app itself needs bigger font sizes on the answer buttons. Kanji with complex radicals or a lot of small strokes together, like eki for station, are easy enough to recognize by shape but harder to read. The real reason I'm not giving this five stars is that after a while, the app doesn't open. The splash screen loads and then it quits back to the app list. Once, turning the phone off and back on fixed it, but usually I have to uninstall and then redownload/reinstall.
Probably the best Japanese learning software out yet for wp7. It would be nice if we could go back to a sentence seen previously without having had to save
Great addition to the online content.
Nice app. Furigana above some kanji in some areas would be great, but I'm not sure how feasible that is. The romaji-to-hiragana-or-katakana feature needs work--converting even simple words like "daisuki" came out in hiragana as "daisuuki." The interface looks great, but the buttons in the quizzes should be a little larger.
Very confusing apps, esp for beginner in Japanese language. They have paid courses for that, overall thank you for releasing this as free app.:D
Works like you would expect but cannot recommend to anyone trying to learn conversational Japanese. Showed it to my Japanese wife and, while everything is correct, we never use a majority of the words being taught in conversation.
Nice, but most of the sentences include kanji that I don't understand, which makes most guesses a shot in the dark. Furigana would be great, but I'm not sure how feasible that is. The romaji-to-hiragana-or-katakana feature needs work--converting even simple words like "daisuki" came out in hiragana as "daisuuki." The interface looks great, but the buttons in the quizzes should be a little larger.
