  • Remotive allows you to browse and control playback of your music library on your PC. You can play music on your desktop or home theater PC, and control it remotely from another room or anywhere with an internet connection. Browse by album, artist, or album artist, and see what's currently playing. Tap and hold on an item to play, or add to now playing. Supported host applications: Windows Media Center (Windows Vista, Windows 7). Windows Media Center must be running to use Remotive. Please note that you must have a PC with one of the supported applications listed above installed. This application also requires Remotive Server (a free application) to be installed on the PC you want to control. You can download Remotive Server at http://www.sharkfistsoftware.com/Remotive/. Trial mode will only list the first 50 albums, artists, and album artists. What's new in version 1.2: This update only fixes the description and screenshots in the Marketplace. Volume control coming soon!

Love the functionality, the only thing I need for a complete remote replacement is volume control.

This is a simple, great piece of software. Looking forward to updates to add contacts-style jump buttons, playlists, and volume control.
