Waste of space. Doesn't even open half the time. Really irritating to deal with, you might as well buy your music from somewhere else.

Really awful Windows client. Pretty sure that they just made a lame attempt at trying to make this a real application - disgusting. Microsoft should boot them from the marketplace this app sucks so bad.

Rhapsody doesn't care about their Windows Phone app. They never update it. Just get Zune pass or Spotify.

Same complaint as pretty much everyone else, can't create playlist, add songs to a library, and MOST importantly it doesn't open after the first time you open it. I HIGHLY recommend downloading something else

Beautiful app for streaming music but disappointing lack of ability to download tracks for off-line use, makes it a non-starter for me. When will Rhapsody give us the same functionality iOS apps have. I am getting ready to cancel.

needs a serious update now. There are way too many glitches. when I start it up, it doesn't work. Or I'll be in the middle of a song and the song just stops playing. And it takes way too long to transition to the next songs

Love rhapsody, but get a lot of problems with songs not starting when I click on them. Also when I'm on shuffle, after two or three songs, the music will stop playing.

Can't download music, which is bad news for people with limited data packages but otherwise works fine.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it just fades in and out. No consistency. I have used the desktop version a couple years now, with limited complaint, but the mobile version just sucks!

Great app, its so electric. Sometimes the songs do lag when you push play, small error. Other than that, its awesome.

Dear Rhapsody, Simply put, this app must be brought up to the full functionality of the desktop version, at the very least. To rise to five-star, the random stoppages, shutdowns, and failures have GOT to be eliminated. I've had the desktop service for years, and even it is still "buggy" --BUT-- I've only had the mobile version for a year, and have routinely had to reinstall every other week to get around these basic software functionality crashes. C'mon.....get REAL (pun intended). -_-

This app is not useful at all. You have to queue every song instead of being able to download them and it doesn't have a library to put your songs.

Search works better than the iOS version. However not being able to access library or downloads is a big oversight. Won't stay with Rhapsody for long if they don't fix that soon.

I've probably uninstalled and re-installed this app 6 times. Today. And every time I do this, I lose my queue and have to login all over again. I don't know if it's because I have the windows phone or just because it has a bug, but it's getting extremely annoying.
