Goodness people, it says right in the description it only works in Spain and Portugal and supports (surprise!) Spanish and Portuguese. What is so hard to understand about that? 5 stars just to offset stupidity.

Why don't you use a spanish name for the app if it's spanish only? That would surely fix your problem with US ppl downloading it. The entire app is spanish, the name should be too.
