Excellent GTD style task manager. Nice UI & I really like the live tile - it grabs your attention. Needs some more features - like sync with cloud based back end task managers. Could use some online help improvement. Learning curve a bit steep because there's no getting started doc. But email support is excellent.

Hands down the best GTD app out there and the best app on my phone right now. I've tried just about all of the various GTD apps out there both for the PC and phone. At first this app was a bit slow causing frustration at times, but since a recent update it is much faster now, and because of this speed increase I am bumping what would have been a 3 or 4 star rating to 5 stars. Thanks for making such an awesome app! Keep up the good work!

Trial period is so brief you can't even figure out how to properly use the app to determine if you want to buy it - ridiculous! Task completed should not delete the item. Should sync.

Functional as well as attractive, but extremely confusing and cumbersome to navigate the user interface and manage tasks. I consider it unusable for all but the most desperate who are willing to endure the frustration of making this app do what they want on a daily basis. Too bad, because it's really pretty.

Bit pricey but I don't know any other app with a livetile like this one. It'd be nice if the flipside of the tile showed more tasks though. Then I'll rate 5 stars.

Decent gtd app. Needs to be able to simply view all tasks in a context or project. Found that it's way to easy to accidentally mark a task as complete. Otherwise gets the main parts of gtd done well enough.

Overall this is one of the best todo apps. My main gripe is it's too easy to accidentally mark tasks as done - I keep having to fish them out of the logbook. The drag/drop doesn't work well - it took me like 15 minutes to finally figure out how to move a task. Reminder is a little weird, I would rather just set a specific date/time and then "snooze" by arbitrary increments that move the time. Lastly my "someday" category will collect hundreds of items; I need a way to manually sort the projects by priority (e.g. up/down buttons). Nonetheless this app overall has a solid design. I eventually bought it and revised my rating. :-)

This thing is fast and easy to use, and REALLY well built. (Good job developer.) Looks a little weird at first but it's easy to play around with and discover all it has to offer. Has video tutorial, and *excellent* live tile. Would love scrolling live tile and full blown monthly view with readable text like My daily planner.

Nice app and well built. Would really like to see it sync with Outlook. A review below states it does but I do not know how. Would also like to see at least some documentaton on the application other than a video that doesn't really explain its use.

This is an awesome to do list app. I have tried a handful of them when I had an iPhone and this is definitely my favorite. It is simple, quick and efficient and the live tile is awesome!! Keep up the great work!!

Very glad I purchased the app. It does what you need it to do, and if you need it to do a bit more, it can do that as well. I use it at work all the time to organize my busy schedule.

Best Task App is Now Better

Nice app, fantastic live tile! The new Mango version is near perfect. Real reminders (not toast notifications) with snooze and a live tile that updates without opening the app. Lot of other nice tweaks and improvements. Oh, and btw the non-working live tile was a pre-Mango Microsoft issue, so please don't blame the dev. All fixed with the Mango update

Best Task App is Now Better

Nice app, fantastic live tile! I have been fortunate to test the upcoming Mango version and all I can say is, near perfect. Real reminders (not toast notifications) with snooze and a live tile that updates without opening the app. Oh, and the non-working live tile was a pre-Mango Microsoft issue, so please don't blame the dev. All fixed with the Mango update

This app used to be great, especially the live tile. But since I updated in the marketplace, the live tile stopped working (now it's just the check logo) and the pop up menus (three dots in the bottom bar) have disappeared. So, now I have no way to adjust settings. Not sure what happened but this no longer the app I bought.

I got this app because of its live tile but I found one mistake, the word delete is written below edit button, plz fix it. Also give an option to copy tasks and to uncheck the completed tasks. Of course alerts will make it perfect. Honestly this app is too expensive as it doesn,t have alot of options. Plz give us more options to make this app deserve its money.

Really nice app! The only real downside is the inconsistent use of the "back" button. I find myself exiting the app sometimes by accident. Another thing I noticed is that, as a left handed smartphone user, I often press the screen right where the "completed" buttons are for tasks in order to swipe over to the next screen. This makes me accidently mark tasks as complete when they really aren't. Maybe force a half second hold time before the task is marked as complete? Overall though, fantastic app with a sweet interface - A couple of tweaks would make it perfect :)

I think this app is counter-intuitive in some places, and I wish I could mark something important from the main screen, because I need to remember it, and don't have time to go to an extra screen. I love the live tile, and it brings functionality to the app. However, some symbols don't appear on the tile. Overall, it does what it was made to do, and the live tile helps to remind me I need get things done. 4/5

Seemed like a decent app, but now the live tile is not updating... Have tried the suggestion to turn feature on and off. Doesn't help... Really need a task app that gives you audible and visual reminders and ability to ?snooze" the task... Was an avid BB user and the To Do Matrix app was great... Nice app, fantastic live tile! I have always been a Steven Covey/Outlook user so have no idea how to use this todo app, but I am figuring it out. Not sure how these sit with David Allen (gonna have to Bing that) be here are a few ideas: -Recurring task support - Can get around this by reusing tasks (new dates) for now -Due time for tasks - Needed if you plan to implement toast notifications/messaging, etc. -Add scrolling support in landscape view -Make the completing a task a long(er) tap. I accidently conpleted a half dozen tasks trying to swipe across the screen.

Great app! Live tile is awesome! Does need alarms and notifications. UPDATE: newest update gives error message when starting the app, also it keeps adding the test tasks everytime it starts

Something that founded out right after I tryed this app, was when I flag my task as complete they were gone. Sometimes I keep my task for future reference even know that were completed. If you be able to add a folder or panel with all the task that are complete will be great. Thanks.

Love the live tile. Very nice UI Don't know what the various tags are, but I use them for separating into groups. Talked with developer and tile fix should be out in a week or two. Reminders are planned as well.

A great start!

I needed something that would get the two most important tasks of my day onto the Home screen. I would pay $20 for an app that syncs with the tasks on my Exchange server and puts the hottest two on my Home screen!

Tried to get support help w/o success. In fact web page is a fake!! Just a picture with no navigation ability. Tried email & no reply! UPDATE: they just emailed me. Got some help. Not very technical though. Trying to figure our how all this is suppose to work still. I font clearly understand some of the field options and how they work.
