- Meditation - Anywhere - Anytime On the startup screen, the user is prompted to enter the number of minutes the user would like to meditate. Once user selects the number of minutes, a few concentric circles are drawn on screen that change colors in order to make it easy for the user to concentrate on the ‘dot’ appearing at the center.

Sorta dumb. More hypnotherapy than meditation. Would be nicer with calming music. Not recommended for ppl with seizures.
As a visual person, surprisingly this simple app provides some respite from the overload of information. The customizable message at the end is a nice touch to help remind oneself of good reasons for pause, meditation, and patience.
Lame. Meditation is not hypnosis.
Doesn't really have anything to do with meditation
