Yet another with the constant first time set up bug. Have had the app since November 2010, very disappointed that now due to constant resetting the mango live tile functionality is basically useless.
Best weather app. Beautiful UI and even more backgrounds in 1.9. I have had no issues. HD7runs smoothly. Note: Today's (12/09) update says it's version 1.8 on Splash screen. Really? Cause we use to be on 1.9.
Just the only bug is it keeps asking first time setup. Hope the new update fixes this issue.
Oh boy, here come the glitches. Didn't really like the app before, but now this is getting lame.

The second time in a row that my settings were wiped upon update. Very poor upgrade experience. Recommended alternatives, anyone?
Just updated the version 1.9 that seems to be an actual downgrade to 1.8. Hopefully those "set up for the first time" bug and the inability to include other places have been fixed.
Stuck in first time setup
Have updated multiple times for Mango but still get the same issue. Liked it a lot when I could use it.
great except for the fact that everytime I open the app it goes through the first time setup
I loved this app before 1.9 at this point even on 1.10 I am still not able to select custom cities. This is frustrating as my auto location is at least 10 miles off target. Am I the only one expierencing this?

Having the same problems most people are having. When the app launches it often reverts to first time setup and also won't allow me to enter other locations. After two or three updates these problems have persisted, so I'm likely going to have to switch to a different weather app. It may be time to hire some competent developers.

Mixed Celsius with F in text forecast. ***.
My girlfriend and I live together and have the same phone on the same account. None of the information given is the same on both phones. The daily forecast, the time the sun sets and rises(apparently the sun rises an hour later on the other side of our bed), the national forecast is never posted or viewable for my region. I love the weather but am disappointed by this app. Its a great app idea w a half heated effort.
Even after latest update, app still does not save locations on HTC HD7. Runs first time setup everytime I open the app. Was 5 stars before that.
Every time I open the app I have to run the initial setup which has gotten annoying
Where is the feature where the forecast changes automatically based on your location using GPS...i thought this was coming. Also, need to change the live tile icons yo something like accuweather...current ones look childish compared to acccuweather.
This was my favorite weather app until this first time setup bug since the last update. It sure is taking them long to fix it. Seems there's no way to go back to the previous version either.

Live tile gets stuck sometimes. The UI is sluggish and unresponsive. Recently, it lost all settings with locations and took me to initial setup.
Loved this app until the update messed everything up. Still waiting for a fix.

Perfect tool. However recently it frequently reverted to initial setup status and all my settings were lost.
Keeps losing locations and forcing "initial setup" every time I run the app.
Was 5 star...till app started forcing "initial setup", losing my settings, and the live tile stopped being, well, live. Fix this and it'll have a home on my focus flash S again

This application has been very good for me, until recently. I depend upon as, I as take public transportation, so knowing what the weather is going to be like is very important. However, the latest version, since the release of Mango, has got one very irritation problem. Everytime I get into it, it starts by having me go to Settings and save things, as if I were setting it up for the first time. This has gotten VERY old. Please fix it.
Nice app! Favorite weather app for sure. There should be an option to keep a live tile to use the location service, too (surely there's a way to do that without using too much battery) that way the live tile can give you weather data for wherever you are in 30min intervals. Also need to fix the lag in scrolling and such.
Used to be a great app until a recent update. Now it deletes my settings every other time. getting tired of reloading my saved locations. Deleting the app for now. Maybe if you decide to fix this I'll reload it

Its a great app, very reliable service and totally accurate. However since the last update it keep losing its settings and deletes your set locations... Please fix.

The new update doesn't work. The old program was great, but until the bugs are worked out of the update the is no reason to download this app.
Perfect live tile function, updates accurately to my location, radar images included. Perfect app.
The latest update made it much faster. However, there's a new bug where it occasionally forgets all my locations and acts like it's launching for the first time. Looks like live tiles are not updating reliably after the 1.9 update as well.
The 1.9.0 version is faster as others have mentioned, but every so often it forgets all my locations and settings. Its done this several times already and is getting pretty annoying.
I reported earlier that update did not let me add more cities. I just discovered how to add cities. Update works good.
The new update has really put this app at the top of the heap. The new live tile is great.
Free, and informative. Slower than other apps, though the last update did result in a speed increase, so there are signs of progress. I find the interface very unattractive, though, so I recommend checking out Frost or WeatherLive instead.

Slow to load but the live tile is awesome. I just wish it updated my location automatically with gps
10/9: update. Mango double sided tile is awesome. One bug, tile now has label for zip, not custom label. This needs to be fixed since all of mine say the same thing now. Latest updates make this a true windows phone 7 (useful) app. Snappy and takes full advantage of all the things that make wp7 a superior platform. 11/27 v1.9 update loses cities.
Best app on my phone. Love the multiple tile capabilities.

Temperature readings are incorrect for Fairbanks, Alaska most of the time.

Great weather app! It takes a few to boot up, but other than that its amazing. :)
After last update it crashes almost every morning; it clears all my locations, makes me go thru set up again and restarts my phone. New features are nice but at least the old version worked. giving up until there is an update to fix.
A little buggy and awkward to set up but once you have your location and pin it to your start screen you have live weather updates. Overall a good product.

Was good for six months, now it forgets my location, resets to first time every time I use it, slower, buggy. What happened?

Would love to see allergies.... Highs lows and if it's pollen, ragweed, etc.
Edit: Vs 1.9.0 is an excellent update. Update speeds and smoothness of motion have increased greatly. Also touch sensitivity has decreased in a good way. Too many times when swiping left/right I would find myself in a part of the app I didn't want to be in. Well done.
The latest build is very fast! This is the best weather app in the marketplace.
Would be great if I could pick what types of alerts I want to receive. I really don't care about fire conditions or fog alerts. I can see when it's foggy.
The new 1.9.0 update is fabulous, much more faster, however I can't see the radar map ot gets stuck on "loading"

Great app overall. I only wish that alerts could be muted without muting my phone. I use my phone as my alarm clock so it is by the bed and not muted. A few time I've been awoken by this app because it was foggy. Not cool! Otherwise a great app. New update is a hood improvement!
I liked it but after I dl its update I couldn't add other cities besides the one I lived in to see what my parents and friends weather was like. Please bring it back
Update: working fine now. This used to work great but the last couple of updates have made it almost unusable.
Awesome app but my last update crippled it to the point where it doesn't want to work
After v1.9 update app loads faster but live tile now fails to update and radar map will not display on HD7. 1 step fwd, 2 backwards.
